A Buckhead Renovation of a Home and Gardens
Mosley Architecture & Gardens were recently tasked with renovating the front elevation of a home and modifying the grounds of the property. The objective was to create a formal entry garden linking the auto court to the main entrance. To complement the garden, we updated the front elevation to have a more classical appearance. Further modifications included adding a new woodland walk at the rear of the property. Thanks go out to EQ Renovations and Garden Lights Landscaping f

A Brookwood Hills Pavilion
Our client came to us with the idea for a pavilion that could also function as a carport. Our solution was to incorporate the style of the brick columns that are present at the back wall of the property as the supporting structure. In order to keep the clear span at the carport level, we needed to use steel beems and heavy timbers. Since everything was going to be open to the elements, we decided to allow all of the compoents to be exposed which required intricate detailin

A Virginia Highlands Cottage
Over the last several years, I have worked with this client to update their home. We started with the kitchen, rear deck and a bathroom. Then two more bathrooms, an auto court, detached garage renovation and plantings. Currently, we are working on the sunroom.

A Brookhaven Estate
Our client requested an addition to the rear of their property to include an entertainment area for their teenage children, an outdoor living space, pool and gardens. This gave us an opportunity to use all our skills; architectural design, interior design and garden design. There were several challenges with the site to create the various levels and outdoor rooms to work together in concert with on another. Here was our solution.

A Townhome Courtyard Garden
Ryan and I designed this townhome courtyard off of Peachtree Street. As you descend from the main level terrace, down a circular stair around a reflecting pool, you arrive upon an outdoor dinting area. We included a canopy over the lower level doors and a custom grill area.

A Guest House in Knoxville
As part of the larger estate project, the clients asked us to renovate their guest house. The exterior look completely changed and we set the cottage in a field of hydrangeas. You can see the pool house that we designed in the background.

Various Public Spaces at Serenbe
Ryan Gainey created a public courtyard at Serenbe that included a fountain, pergola and plantings. We also created a public pavilion.

A Modern Cottage at Rosemary Beach
Bryan Busch and I collaborated on this modern beach house. This is one of four cottages we worked on together. The rear entrance brings you to an exterior courtyard with reflecting pool before you enter the main living space. Through the courtyard, as you ascend the stairs over the reflecting pool, you arrive at the master suite. The roofline hovers over the main structure.

An East Hampton, NY Estate
Ryan Gainey and I designed this very eclectic garden in East Hampton. Ryan had worked for this client for many years prior to me joining the team. Our task was to great a Mughal garden that included a fountain, highly detailed brick rugs and pergola. The addition of a pool garden was another feature that complemented the existing gardens.
