St. John's Anglican Church

St. John's Anglican Church is located in Americus, Georgia. A few years ago, I was asked by Chip Knuth to consult with him on the design of the campus. The initial design included three buildings; a sanctuary, a parish hall and an administrative building. All three were to be connected by covered walkways. In the pictures you will see that the Parish Hall and the Administrative Building have been completed. The Parish Hall is also being used as the Sanctuary. Hopefully, one day the Sanctuary will be completed along with the covered walkways. Due to value engineering, all of the gable windows were removed and the decorative trim stripped down. I wish they would have been able to maintain those details, but I still feel it is a successful project!
