At the back entrance, we created new brackets to support the new copper canopy and provide a location for the light fixtures.

PROJECT 05

The client had just moved into their new townhouse and requested that their courtyard be completely renovated. Their only criteria was to turn the hot tub into a pond and for the hot tub equipment to disappear.  With the assistance of Ryan Gainey, we wanted to create an environment that would have a strong presence from above because the main living spaces looked down on the space.  Also, because of the street entrance, we wanted the approach to the townhouse to engage the visitor.  So, we created a very tailored garden room that fit the character of the clients.  The project was published in Southern Living in 2015 and was selected to be on the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Gardens for Connoisseurs Tour the same year.
