West Paces Ferry Estate

We worked with David Dempsey, of Viridis Garden Design, to create a new look for a Buckhead home.

The existing landscape was not at the level of the home and blocked a good bit of the front of the house. To solve this problem, we sculpted the front yard to accentuate the front elevation and frame the main entrance. At the front portico, we installed a new limestone terrace and steps which provided a graceful entrance to the home.

The rear yard had never been landscaped and the concrete terrace was in need of a major renovation. We installed new limestone terracing and coping around the pool to provide a fresh look. The client wanted a fire element, so we created a raised fire pit which created a new terrace and access to the great lawn.
